Rules and regulations
All Custom Wound pickups must be returned within 30 days or less and must arrive to us in full working condition. If the pickups arrive back to Mojo Musical Supply severely damaged or broken, the customer will be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement of the pickups.
Pickups cannot be modified in any way; Have leads cut short; Arrive broken or severely damaged.
If the customer chooses to send the pickups back in their own packaging, they will be completely responsible for any damages as a result of shipping during transit back to Mojo Musical Supply.
