Custom Wound products are guaranteed against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. All Warranty and Exchanges will only be authorized if the pickup(s) were purchased through an authorized Mojo Musical Supply dealer and must include an original copy of the sales receipt with the date of purchase.
Custom Wound Exchange Policy
Custom Wound offers a 30-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. If one feels they are not satisfied with the sound of the pickup, Mojo Musical Supply will offer a one-time exchange or refund. See rules and regulations that may apply.
Custom Wound Rules and Regulations
For exchanges, all pickups must be returned in "like new" condition inside the original packaging. If any pickup has been damaged or altered in any way from misuse, abuse, or modification of any kind, the warranty will then become void and no exchange or refund can be issued. Customers will be responsible for the cost of any repair or replacement of parts damaged and or removed for exchanges, if the pickup is not in like new condition when returned. A few examples are listed below of what will void the warranty and exchange policy.
Cutting leads short from the pickup
Removing anything from the pickup such as tape or covers.
Abuse and modifications of any kind.
Misuse and moisture related damages.
Customers are responsible for the differences in price and all shipping costs associated with exchanges and warranties.
