Clone CBS Jazz bass pickups are perfect replicas of those famous late 60's grey bobbin pickups. These are slightly brighter and sharper with more snap as compared to our Classic Series Jazz Bass pickups. They come stock true to the era with alnico 5 magnets, grey fiber bobbins, and vintage spec plain enamel wire. Carefully calibrated so that the neck, and bridge are balanced in volume and character. The neck pickup is clear while the bridge pickup is RWRP to achieve hum-canceling between the two. Both pickups are wound to vintage spec.
