i bought this to replace the stock bridge on my Epiphone archtop ES-175. original was impossible to match to graphtech string savers. so, the good and the bad:
Good; very attractive, well chromed, with excellent string guides. smooth, and very small indents for guides
the bad; it came with all the gudies facing one way which meant turning 3 around. normally a simple job, the screws were damn near impossible to get out. i ended up using the screws from the old bridge. the posts do not have the standard 5/64 hex screw so if you need to turn them into anything, u must grab the threads and that will ruin them. i used the old posts. the new wheels are nice smaller than usual and less obtrusive.
i wont be replacing the string guides as i think these will do fine.the above are more annoiances than anything, it fit great on the rosewood bridge, and looks beautiful. a good value, fast shipping, ill be back to mojo.
