Lindy Fralin P-Bass Stock Pickup Set / 2 ***NEW***

Classic Jazz Bass pickups are designed to sound like the best from the late 50's early 60's era with more output and balance. These are smoother and warmer with a stronger low mid punch as compared to our Clone CBS Jazz Bass pickups. They are built stock with Alnico 5 magnets, black fiber bobbins, and vintage spec heavy formvar wire. Carefully calibrated so that the neck, and bridge are balanced in volume and character. The neck pickup is clear and full while the bridge pickup has excellent output and punch. The bridge pickup is RWRP to achieve hum-canceling when both pickups are in use. Both pickups are wound to vintage spec with a little more beef on the bridge pickup especially. Black pickup covers and mounting hardware included.

The "Knockout" Jazz Bass pickups are built similar to a P-90 and utilize adjustable humbucker poles for more punch, grind, and clarity. They have super tight lows, smooth mids, and snappy highs for a versatile bass tone that stands out in the mix. They can withstand all styles of playing from slap funk, finger style, and heavy picking with authority. Black pickup covers and mounting hardware included.

The "Knockout" P-Bass pickups are built similar to a P-90 and utilize adjustable humbucker poles for more punch, grind, and clarity. They have super tight lows, smooth mids, and snappy highs for a versatile bass tone that stands out in the mix. Compared to standard alnico pole versions, these are much clearer and punchier with tighter note definition. Black pickup covers and mounting hardware included.

Classic Series P-Bass pickups represent the best from the late 50's early 60's era. Excellent clarity with bigger mids as compared to our Clone Series CBS P-Bass pickups. They are built stock with Alnico 5 magnets, black fiber bobbins, and vintage spec heavy formvar wire. Hum-canceling as always and wound to vintage specs. Black pickup covers and mounting hardware included.

Clone Jazz bass pickups are improved replicas of the famous grey bobbin pickups. We did a fuller sounding 60's coil wind with the same materials used from the 70's like plain enamel wire and grey bobbins. We found that the original 70's pickups had a nice snap and growl with super tight lows, but they seemed to lack fullness in the tone which was a big complaint for the 70's era pickups. We perfected that with these pickups. They are built with Alnico 5 magnets, lacquered grey fiberboard bobbins, and vintage spec 42 plain enamel wire. Fully wax potted and carefully calibrated so that the neck, and bridge are balanced in volume and character. The neck pickup is clear and punchy while the bridge pickup is slightly hotter for fuller tone. These are RWRP with each other. Black pickup covers and mounting hardware included.

Clone grey bobbin P-Bass pickups are perfect replicas of those famous early 70's grey bobbin pickups. We wind them to have more fullness and tone compared to the originals while retaining the distinct clarity and growl associated with the originals. These have snappier highs and tighter lows as compared to our Classic series P-Bass pickups. They are built with Alnico 5 magnets, lacquered grey fiberboard bobbins, and vintage spec 42 plain enamel wire. Black pickup covers and mounting hardware included.
