We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Mojo Musical Supply. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (minus a 15% restocking fee), an in-house credit, or exchange for another product. Please note, all returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of the date of invoice.
All returns/replacements require a Return Authorization number. (RA). To request an RA, please contact us using our return authorization form. Please include your order number and email address when contacting us for returns.
Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use and include a Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box. Special Orders, discontinued products, Mojo close-outs, installed speakers, installed transformers, and installed pickups are not returnable.
We can not refund tubes after 30 days. All tubes come with a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. If you are going to shelve tubes for an extended period of time, we suggest you test them upon receipt. Matched tubes from Mojo are tested and matched and considered in working order when they leave our warehouse.
If you are a reseller of our products, the warranty is voided once you transfer ownership to a third party. We encourage everyone to closely inspect their order.

Wood Shop Return Policy
Any custom, non-stock wood item will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order after 72 hours.
