Shipping & Returns
You can calculate your shipping costs before you place your order by simply adding items to your cart and selecting the destination. Our standard shipping rates are determined by the total cost of items and/or weight of the items in your cart. In most cases if your order is three lbs. or less we will ship via USPS priority mail. If it is over three lbs. we will ship via FedEx Ground. Please Note: Standard shipping does not include freight shipments, orders over 150lbs or orders in more than three boxes. If Standard shipping does not apply to your order we will contact you to determine the most economical shipping method. Canadian & International Shipping
Mojotone ships worldwide. International orders will ship via USPS Priority International or by FedEx. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the package. The rates displayed on our website do not include taxes or duties imposed by your country. Unfortunately we have no control over those rates nor do we have an easy way to determine what they will be. Please note: Occasionally our shipping calculator is off. If you feel like the shipping charge is way out of line please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate and determine a better solution for your order. Returns
Returns for any new, uninstalled, or unopened items are accepted within 30 days of delivery
. A refund (minus a 15% restock fee), in-house store credit, or exchange for another product will be granted upon the arrival and inspection of the returned item(s) at Mojotone. The restocking fee covers our time in packing and fulfilling each order and then receiving and returning the item to stock if it's sent back.
Please note: We really just want you to be happy with your purchase. We exist as a business because of our customers. If you have any issues or concerns with a Mojotone product just give us a call (910-259-7291) or shoot us an email (email@example.com). We will do our best to make sure you are taken care of (and hopefully remain a Mojotone customer for life.) Please also note: Pickups, installed speakers, woodshop items, prewired assemblies, discontinued/close-out items, custom items, and amplifiers are non-refundable unless you received them in error or they are defective.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number. (RA). To request an RA, please contact us using our return authorization form. Disclaimer: Mojotone is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages being returned, so we strongly recommend insuring and tracking your packages with a reliable carrier. Cancelling your order costs us time and resources and many times we have already partially full-filled or even completed your order. Any order will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order after 72 hours.Vacuum Tube Return Policy
