The 44 Magnum is the most powerful and aggressive passive humbucker Mojotone offers, designed to deliver lots of gain, articulation, and sustain with no loss of clarity or high end detail.

Highlights:

  • Coil tapping is strong and full sounding.
  • Powerful and rich mids make harmonics effortless and responsive much like an active pickup
  • Low tunings remain clear and defined with plenty of punch and tight attack
  • Smooth and balanced highs with no harsh overtones or loss of dynamics

Our special winding technique allows the frequency response of the pickup to be as broad as possible which makes for a more open sounding pickup. You could say that they “breathe”- allowing more frequencies to come through- unlike typical high output passive humbuckers which usually squash or box in your tone.

Great Pickup for Any Player

by Dan -

I put a bridge pickup in my CMG Ashley and have never looked back. The punch, almost percussive, when chugging on high gain is amazing, the snap and clarity when jamming out classic rock is simply wonderful, and the warmth and groovy tones when I roll back the gain and the tone control for jazz or just noodling is unreal. You can do it all with this amazing pickup.
I highly recommend anyone to try this pickup if they are looking for a change.

Power and class!

by Jeremy -

Touch a chance on these based on Bouz’s play through of them on youtube and wow they are amazing! Really powerful but very articulate and balanced. Will be outfitting a couple more guitars with them for sure!
