All original manufacturing methods are the same with handwound coils, and wax potted coils. RWRP when combined for hum-cancelling in the middle position. 

We voiced these around the best examples we encountered from the blackguard era. The neck pickup is so clear and soft with lots of articulation. The bridge pickup has just the right amount of mids with clear wide open twang and snap. These pickups really let you dial your amp in for the best possible tone.

I just installed a set of '52 Clone Tele pickups in a friend's Cozart 12-string Tele Clone, along with upgraded electronics, and the MojoTone pickups sound fantastic. Jangly, glassy, and yet still smooth from top to bottom. A perfect match. I'd put the sound of this guitar up against any 12-string electric now. These pickups are wonderful.

After having experienced the wonderful Mojotone '59 Clone Strat pickups, I decided to try the '52 Clone Tele pickups to see if they would suit my pursuit of the best tones for my Tele. In particular, I was looking for a low wind neck pickup as most are always 7.2k or higher. These '52 Clone pickups are what I was looking for! Great tone, clear and articulate. Thanks again to David Shepherd and Mojotone for an excellent set of pickups. My search is over, for good!
