We found many inconsistencies with the originals when it came to output and tone, however, the ones that were special had a certain power and warmth that stood out above the rest.

Mojotone Jazzmaster® clones represent the most spectacular '59 Jazzmaster® pickups in every way. We do handwound coils with Alnico 5 cast rod magnets, and vintage correct plain enamel wire. The coils aren't just "handwound", we found a specific tension and winding pattern that made them sing and we replicated that perfectly.

The neck pickup is clear and loud with exceptional clarity and warmth. The bridge pickup has a loose feel with lots of power and tone just like a killer '59 Jazzmaster® pickup. Reverse wound for hum-cancelling when both pickups are together. No doubt we nailed it. Vacuum potted coils.

All I can say is WOW!!! After trying Duncan, Novak, and lollar I've found that sound I've been looking for! The fender 65's didn't do it for me in the guitar stock and now my American professional JM sounds the way it should!

I have a classic player jazzmaster and the popular opinion is that the stock pickups suck. Not the case for me I actually loved them stock. Beefy and well rounded and balanced. My bridge was damaged during a gig so I needed a new one. I experimented with GFS,Seymour Duncan and fenders 65 reissues. I had a 60s antiquity II it was pretty trebly and ice picky. So I felt stuck with pickups and it was slightly

depressing. I heard about these while searching around on YouTube and so I decided to get the set. BEST PICKUPS EVER!!! Nice and beefy! Nice note definition and clarity. They are also well rounded. seriously so satisfied. I feel like it’s hard to be sastified sometimes when it comes to music gear because I love to experiment. If you read this mojotone I just want to thank you guys! perfect pickups! I honestly am contemplating buying some wide range hums for a jazzblaster project. I’m pretty sure I wont be disappointed when I do.
