The product itself is fantastic for the price. Good gear ratio with very little backlash. Locked down they are very stable and stay in tune. These will definitely be on my guitars for my value conscious customers. Only downside was the heat shrink packaging. It must've been overheated as it was melted onto the tuners and took me an hour to peel all the plastic off without damaging the finish. time is money very frustrating. otherwise a five star product
