This is a 5-way super switch kit for HSS style Strats with a humbucker in the bridge position. It uses a master volume, shared tone control for the neck and middle pickups, and a tone control for the bridge pickup. 500k pots give the humbucker the correct load and we use a resistor on the single coils to give them the correct 250k load so there is no compromise mixing single coils with humbuckers. Use 24 knurl push on knobs for the split shaft pots.

  • -Switchcraft mono input jack 
  • -Mojotone Vitamin T Oil Filled .047uf capacitor (for single coils)
  • -Mojotone Vitamin T Oil Filled .022uf capacitor (for humbucker)
  • -Pre-tinned cloth covered wire

Very nicely made with high quality components

Very nicely made with high quality components. The tone is good across the single coils and the humbucker, and I was happy with the middle p/u mix on position 2 and 4. This is a vast improvement on the stock Fender Lonestar greasebucket set up, which I never liked from day 1. You will need to save your nuts off the stock pots so you can lower the supplied cts pots on the pick guard, because they are longer shaft than the stock ones. Also, be careful installing the switchcraft input jack, because it has an extended "nose prong" which can jam against the inside of the guitar body, and make it impossible to plug in your input jack. Just rotate the jack until you have clearance and your be good to rock!

Just got my setup for a Fender Lonestar Strat. I was very very impressed with the package and the product. If it sounds haft as good as it looks, I will be really impressed. Thanks for the opportunity to own the best
