The go to electrolytic.

These were my entry to amp building. Every modern Fender amp I had would quickly have bad filter caps. These are the go to with good reason. Now I just build the amps that I want. Top notch products and service.

Good cap for amps like the Fender Vibrolux, Vibrolux Reverb, and other amps with 16uF filter caps. I often replace these with 22 uF caps to tighten up the sound. I will often go with caps that cost 3-20x more for tour, rental amps or other heavy use amps. So far I don't see that much difference. Some of the computer grade caps are $100 each. The lifespans are much longer, but it comes with a very high price that is usually negated by other parts that will need changing.
