"I am enjoying this speaker. I am using it with a Blackface vintage fender vibro champ that I rebuilt. I believe the speaker is warm and punchy, and pairs well with a bright and chimey amp. I've put the amp in another cab with a 10 inch Jensen alnico for comparison. The ten inch has a little better note separation, but the Anthem puts a little edge of distortion along the bright and chimey voice of the vibro champ. I keep the vintage vibro champ that I rebuilt in the combo cab with the Anthem 8"."

Awesome Speaker for your Vintage Tweed!

"I picked up this speaker to go with my Tween 5F2-A kit. The speaker installed into the cabinet with no issues. The only slight issue I had was properly twisting the speaker wire as the white and black wires were of different gauges. Once together, however, the whole amp assembly sounds spectacular. Great speaker for the price!"
