Long shaft pots, not so long shaft switch
by Locke -
A great wiring kit that does exactly what I need and is a drop in replacement for the PCB that originally came with my Les Paul. The pots and capacitors are all great and soldered together much more neatly than I ever could do myself.
I did run into an issue where the shaft of the pickup switch isn't log enough to make it through the guitar's body as well as the poker chip. At least on a 2016 Les Paul Studio. It will fit without the poker chip, but I'm vain. So I re-used the stock switch. If you go that route, be aware that the terminals for the connections between the switch and the jack input are flipped on the switch in this kit and the stock Gibson switch, so if you're using the kit's wiring for the switch, you'll need to add a slight extension on the ground wire to reach the opposite side of the switch.
All in all it's a solid kit that does what it says it does and allows you to control your volume and tone for each pickup when the switch is in the middle.
Thanks for a great product!

My Les Paul sounds great now! The controls are much more usable and having independent volume controls in the middle position gives me way more tonal options than I've ever had on a Les Paul before. Thanks for a great product!
