The shipping carrier used will be at the discretion of Mojotone - our goal is to ensure all packages are shipped using the best service possible. Real time shipping rates are calculated by the package dimensions, weight, shipping method, and the destination. You can shop as a guest without creating an account to view your shipping options and costs during the checkout process.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for payment of any duties, taxes and other fees. These are not included in our shipping rates. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties and taxes.

Shipping Options

All domestic and international orders will ship via USPS or by UPS. Available shipping options will show during checkout online.

Please note: Our shipping calculator cannot account for multiple boxes, such as an amp kit where the cabinet and parts require multiple boxes. If your shipment requires multiple boxes, we may contact you for additional shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note: Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a return authorization (RA) number is required before returning.
