Clone P-90 Soapbar Pickup
Faithful to the original 50's era P-90 using a blend of Alnico magnets and vintage spec plain enamel wire. We took the best sounding examples from the 50's and recreated the ultimate neck and bridge combo.
Alnico 3 for the neck pickup and Alnico 4 for the RWRP bridge pickup. The neck pickup has that sweetness and clarity while the bridge pickup has a nice articulate grind, with rich overtones. Vacuum potted coils.

Best Neck P90 Ever!!!

Dropped a set into my ‘50s tribute Gibson Goldtop. Much better than the stock Gibson P90s IMO. Absolutely LOVE the A3 neck pickup. It just seems perfect!
Vintage but Versatile

I really dig these pickups. I bought a set of them to replace the stock Epi neck PU and a DiMarzio stacked Super Distortion in the bridge of my Epiphone 56 reissue LP. The stock pickups were pretty muddy and noisy; and the DiMarzio was fun in high school, but for the stuff I'm playing now I need a cleaner, brighter tone. These P90s fit that brief perfectly. I can plug into a Marshall head and get Soundgarden-esque, Sabbath-y heaviness that cleans up to beautiful cleans with my volume knob. I also love what they sound like in Fender-y clean amps like my Fuchs. The RWRP is a nice bonus as well since I play in the middle position a lot (I did shield the pickup/control cavities as well). If you're looking for a vintage sound that can also stretch out into new sonic territory, these are it. 10/10
