Great cabinet -- if they remember to send everything

I've ordered two, and both times, they have forgotten to send key items. First cabinet, they forgot to send the post that goes between the 4 speakers and stiffens the front and back baffles. They sent it out and I was able to install it myself. The second cabinet showed up today and this time they forgot to put the wiring in the cabinet. Now I need to get in touch with them and get the wiring sent out.
I understand that accidents happen, but this is two out of two times that I've had to send emails to get the full item. It would appear that they need to improve their quality control before sending stuff out. I really hate to do this, as I understand accidents do happen, but c'mon guys.
The site won't allow me to give a 3.5, so I rounded up to 4 stars.
Great quality, makes installing speakers easy.

Fantastic cabinet. Arrived without being damaged with solid packaging. Threw four scumbacks into this thing and it sounds open and fills the room. Huge upgrade from the 1x12 I was using before and speaker installation was simple.
